The service

Find Your Flow is an app for building a daily focus habit, based on the book “Find Your Flow” by Soham Railkar. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe; anyone who can open it can sign in. One account per person.

The free week and Pro

• During the pilot, payments are switched off and all 30 days are free. We'll email you before payments are switched on; nothing is charged automatically.
• Once payments are on, the first 7 calendar days of your first 30 days are free, with no card.
• Pro costs ₹31 a month or ₹310 a year (outside India, $1 a month or $10 a year). Indian prices include GST.
• Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods. See cancelling and refunds.
• If prices change, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can download or delete it at any time.

Fair use

Don't use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt or overload the service, for example by automating requests to the “Start smaller” feature.

Not medical advice

The app, the Flow Check and the book are general information about focus and habits. They aren't medical, psychological or nutritional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Availability

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Download your data from Settings if you want your own copy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: railkarsoham@gmail.com.
